It puts the staff schedule (with live labour cost and BC Employment Standards checks), supplier bills read line by line, food cost, stock counts and an AI morning note in one place. $149 CAD per location a month (or $1,490 CAD per location a year). 30-day free trial, no card needed. - POS: Square connects in a few minutes and brings in real sales, menu and team. On another POS, the founder builds the connection on request; schedule, team, bills, menu and stock work either way.

- BC rules: as you build the schedule it checks BC Employment Standards defaults: daily overtime over 8 hours (double over 12, split shifts added up), weekly overtime over 40, 8 hours off between shifts, 32 hours off in a row each week and the 2-hour minimum, plus availability, days off and coverage. Thresholds are editable; stat holiday calendars cover all provinces and territories.
- AI: Avo, the built-in assistant, reads sales, schedule, bills, recipes and stock, answers in plain words and proposes changes. Nothing changes until a person taps Confirm.
- Money: Desk reads bills and records payments. It never moves money.
- Not included: payroll, time clock or timecards, shift swaps, tip pooling, bill payment, online ordering, QuickBooks or Xero sync (CSV export instead).
- Staff: no app or password; each person gets a private link for shifts, days off and availability. Wages and sales are never shown to staff.
- Data: stored in Canada (Montréal), never shown to other venues, never sold, exportable any time.
