How the pieces fit
Sales come in from your POS (Square connects in minutes). Supplier bills come in by email or photo and price your ingredients. Recipes turn those prices into food cost per dish. Stock uses bills, recipes and sales to work out what you should have and what to order. The schedule uses the sales forecast to show labour %. Avo reads all of it and sends a morning note with what needs you, and proposes changes you confirm.
What Tasti Desk doesn’t do
- Payroll, time clock, timecards or tip pooling.
- Paying bills or moving money of any kind.
- Online ordering or a point of sale: it works next to your POS.
- Sending orders to suppliers for you: it drafts them and you send.
- Accounting software sync (QuickBooks, Xero): it exports CSV for your bookkeeper.
