What it does
- Side by side. Sales, vs before, orders, average ticket, labour %, food and drink cost %, prime cost % and after costs per location, with totals worked out from the sums, not averaged.
- Any period. Last 7 days, this week, last week, this month or last month. Download as CSV.
- Shared recipes and people. A recipe is written once and costed at each location's own prices. A person can work at several locations with a different role or wage at each.
- No double-booking. Shifts and days off at other locations show in each schedule, and hours add up for overtime when the locations are one employer.
- Area managers. Managers of more than one location see the comparison too, with money columns only if they're allowed money.
- Each location its own. Its own Square location, bills address, schedule, stock, menu prices and online menu.
How it works
- Add a location in Settings and connect it to its Square location.
- Give it its own bills address and opening hours, and choose who works there.
- Open All locations to compare them for any period.
Who it’s for
Owner-operators with two to five cafés, restaurants or bars who want every location on one screen.
In BC and the rest of Canada
- Each location has its own address and province, so stat holidays and time zones follow where it is.
What it doesn’t do
- Up to 5 locations on the Desk plan. Larger groups: Tasti.io builds custom systems (tasti.io).
- Labour % uses scheduled wages, before overtime adjustments and employer costs.
